Advanced Welcomes Steven O'Neill as Implementation Specialist

We are delighted to introduce Steven O’Neill, who has joined the Digital and Insights department as our new Implementation Specialist. 

In his role, Steven will be instrumental in implementing AdvancedLive, our secure, real-time fire system monitoring solution, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for customers throughout their journey with us. His expertise will help streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 

Steven brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked at notable companies such as DeLaRue, Nissan, and Tor Coatings, where he managed customer accounts and provided high-level support. His background in customer service and planning has equipped him with valuable skills that will benefit both our team and customers. 

At Advanced, Steven will oversee customer support for AdvancedLive subscriptions and queries, while also gathering critical feedback to help shape future product developments. This will ensure that AdvancedLive continues to evolve to meet the changing needs of our customers. 

Speaking about his new role, Steven said, “I am excited to be working at Advanced, a company I have admired for some time, and I’m looking forward to embarking on a new stage in my career. I’m eager to contribute, learn, and grow here, and I’m excited to work with such talented and innovative colleagues.”
